Springtails

These tiny (2mm) little critters bring your vivariums, terrariums and tarantula enclosures to life.

Through their consumption of fungus and other organic waste elements generated in your enclosure, they produce their own waste which is great for planted vivariums and terrariums to sustain the health and growth of your plants. They are very useful for keeping your tarantula enclosures clean, free of fungus and other weird growth that would attract more pests, mites and unwanted creepy crawlies from making their home in your enclosures.

They are completely harmless and only do good work in your enclosures. They are even better when teamed up with isopods (when available).

Please note: Springtails are very susceptible to cold and die easily in low temperatures.

Each tub includes 50 or more Springtails.
